bug(form-field): form field prefix in overlay

### Description

The issue is about the missing padding for the label when using a form field inside an overlay with ng-content. It can be easily reproduced in stackblitz, I will provide a link where it can be seen how is misbehaving. Without ng-content, everything works fine.

The label should be positioned after the prefix.

Inizia con la riproduzione StackBlitz in src/example/cdk-overlay-basic-example.html e segui il caso del prefisso di form-field all’interno dell’overlay usando ng-content. Riproduci il problema facendo clic su Open, quindi verifica che il label sia posizionato dopo il prefisso e che la sua transizione funzioni correttamente.
