### Reproduction

Steps to reproduce:
1. Custom material dark theme is applied
2. In table that has a sticky column, try horizontal scrolling.
3. The hover row in the sticky column is transparent so other columns show beneath it.

### Expected Behavior

I expect the hovered row of the sticky column to not be transparent in a custom dark theme.

### Actual Behavior

The hovered row of the sticky column is transparent in a custom dark theme.

Esegui la riproduzione StackBlitz collegata e inizia da src/app/table-sticky-columns-example.html, concentrandoti sulla tabella con colonne sticky e il tema scuro personalizzato. Riproduci il problema scorrendo orizzontalmente e passando il cursore su una riga; il lavoro è completato quando la riga sottoposta a hover della colonna sticky è opaca e in Chrome e Firefox non si vedono le colonne sottostanti.
