feat(GoogleMap): Add google controls integration

#### Feature Description

The google maps api has the ability to add controls the map. It would be nice to have an 'angular' way to push components into the controls api. See https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/javascript/examples/control-custom for examples.

#### Use Case

This would give developers capability to add buttons like location to the existing maps instead of overlaying a custom element over the map.

GoogleMap の統合と、issue にリンクされている Google Maps のカスタムコントロールの例から始めます。リポジトリのファイルもテストも指定されていないため、まず関連する Angular コンポーネントのエントリポイントを見つけ、Angular コンポーネントを Maps controls API に接続する方法を確認します。ユーザーが位置情報ボタンなどのコントロールを、カスタム要素を重ねて配置することなく追加できれば完了です。
