Forked and cloned the latest version from

https://github.com/angular/angularfire/tree/master/samples/compat

Ran 'ng serve' and got an error:

`The serve command requires to be run in an Angular project, but a project definition could not be found.`

### Expected behavior

Sample code should run.

### Actual behavior

Sample code doesn't run.

samples/compat プロジェクトから始め、クローンした sample で `ng serve` を実行して、プロジェクト定義が見つからないエラーを再現します。Angular プロジェクト設定と関連する workspace のエントリポイントを調査します。完了条件は、compat sample が `ng serve` で正常に起動することです。
