### Description
Pseudocode view has a toggle for decompilation summary. When auto-summary is not enabled in configuration, user is instructed to use main menu action to produce summary. Placeholder text or docked pane should just have a clickable thing to generate a summary, or whenever the user opens the pane it should just automatically generate the summary on demand.
