ERROR: null root node returned by UiTestAutomationBridge

Hi i am using Android p device in which some times (adb shell uiautomator dump) command throws "ERROR: null root node returned by UiTestAutomationBridge" error. Is there any alternate way to fetch UIHierarchy. Even i tried with Appium but we have to install prerequisite app to test with appium. Please give some alternation solution. Thanks in advance.

まず Android P デバイスで `adb shell uiautomator dump` を再現し、"null root node returned by UiTestAutomationBridge" が返されるタイミングを記録します。結果を issue で言及されている Appium のアプローチと比較します。完了条件は、記載されている前提アプリなしで UI 階層を取得する実行可能な代替方法を特定して文書化することですが、issue には具体的な受け入れ基準がありません。
