Debugging of tests is not working when ANDROID_TEST_ORCHESTRATOR is enabled.

When ANDROID_TEST_ORCHESTRATOR is enabled . debugging of tests is not working .
apart from that whenever failed tests leads to process crash an error message is shown saying that
"Test instrumentation process crashed. Check test.txt for details" but i had never seen that txt file is generated.
