Display progressive recommendation dialogue on desktop

## Problem

The desktop recommendation surface has no distinctive, responsive narration presentation.

## Proposed change

Add a focused dialogue-style QML component in `LiveDraftView.qml`, consistent with existing visual conventions and driven by #460 state. Show the recommendation immediately, then generating/progressive/completed narration. Use real admitted streaming where available and decoupled typewriter pacing from #454, respecting existing accessibility/motion conventions. Clear all presentation queues on identity changes. Keep the deterministic recommendation usable on absence or failure. Include component registration and deployment inputs.

- [ ] AC1: An actual desktop live-replay check shows rankings/statistics immediately and a distinct concise narration panel only when enabled.
- [ ] AC2: An instrumented real-model desktop check shows progressive text before full completion and meets the #454 first-admitted-text target.
- [ ] AC3: Rapid-pick and disable/remove checks show no old text, including buffered animation characters, after session identity changes.
- [ ] AC4: Failure/empty/rejected-output desktop checks retain normal recommendations and display only the agreed subtle fallback state.
- [ ] AC5: Narrow/wide layout, keyboard/accessibility and motion-setting checks confirm readable, responsive dialogue without layout overflow or delayed core interaction.

## Dependencies

Direct prerequisites: #460. Documentation consumer: Document local narration installation and troubleshooting. This can proceed independently of #461 with the same shared contract.

Start with LiveDraftView.qml and the state contract from #460, then review the decoupled typewriter pacing from #454 and the existing accessibility and motion conventions. Done means the enabled desktop surface shows immediate recommendations with progressive narration, clears stale presentation state on identity changes, preserves fallback behavior, and passes the listed layout, keyboard, accessibility, motion, and failure checks.
