Use Redux state for update operation options?

[This](https://github.com/alyoshenka/dibiasky/blob/main/src/app/operations/HowOperationsWork.md#how-do-the-components-manage-state) whole process is entirely convoluted because data needs to be passed back up to parents multiple times. Would it be easier if the update options were just stored in Redux state? Maybe not but worth another person's thoughts.
