Move the domain registration to Cloudflare Registrar (unblocked 2026-10-07)

`optfall.com` is registered at Hover (Tucows) while everything else now runs on Cloudflare. Moving the registration to Cloudflare Registrar is blocked until **2026-10-07** by ICANN's 60-day rule, and this issue is the reminder.

## Why it is blocked

The domain was created **2026-08-08T04:38:39Z**. Cloudflare Registrar requires a domain to have been *"registered at least 60 days ago"*, which is an ICANN transfer rule rather than a Hover setting — nothing can shorten it. 60 days lands on **2026-10-07**.

## What is already satisfied

Cloudflare Registrar's other requirement is the one people usually get stuck on, and it is already done:

- [x] Domain uses Cloudflare nameservers (`davina` / `rajeev.ns.cloudflare.com`) — required, and Cloudflare Registrar also *keeps* requiring it: you cannot use another DNS provider while registered with them
- [x] `.com` is supported
- [x] Zone active, all records Cloudflare-managed, Netlify DNS zone deleted

## What to do on or after 2026-10-07

1. Hover → `optfall.com` → **Transfer Lock: off**. `clientTransferProhibited` is currently set at the registry, and the transfer cannot start while it is.
2. Hover → retrieve the **auth / EPP code**.
3. Cloudflare → Domain Registration → Transfer Domains → paste the code.
4. Confirm nameservers are unchanged afterwards — the transfer should not touch them, but it is worth checking rather than assuming.

## Why bother

One account holding hosting, DNS and registration is the consolidation the Cloudflare migration was for; leaving the registration at a third registrar keeps one more credential, one more renewal, and one more account whose loss is a separate failure mode. Renewal at Hover is $18.99/yr; Cloudflare Registrar charges at cost.

Not urgent, and nothing breaks if it never happens — the domain is fully functional as-is.
