Revamp the old web interface

Phaser is nicer but less performant in small devices or less powered machines. Because the WebSocket wasn't changing, we are going to create a website where you can decide which interface to use.

The steps:

1. Get the old index.html from the git history. Change it to be another resource, I was thinking about this organization:
- `/` create a website where to launch different web interfaces.
- `/phaser3` is the URI for the game with the Phaser3 interface (the current one).
- `/jquery` is the previous web interface using Bootstrap, jQuery, and other libraries.
2. Adapt the old JavaScript code for the small changes, only ensuring it is not broken.
