Test the app demo?

What are the exact steps that must be followed to test the ionic demo client?
The demo directory do not contain any www folder so it doesn't seem to be a valid ionic (or even cordova) project...

Also, what are the files that need to be modified to set up the signaling server and STUN/TURN server for the demo app? This isn't explained anywhere...
An INSTALL or README file in the client demo folder or a tutorial on the website on how to build and configure the demo app would be a plus.
