[Suggestion] About merging Chinese and English versions together

I see that you have two versions seperated from each other:

1) Chinese Version: https://github.com/chjw8016/alibaba-java-style-guide
2) And here's the English version.

So my suggestion is that they should be both synchronized and merged.

首先，將 issue 中連結的中文 repository 與英文版本進行比較，並記錄它們的內容在哪些地方存在差異。明確目標是同步還是合併結構；完成的標準是兩個語言版本共同維護且不存在分歧。

由索引模型根據 Issue 內容生成。
