Mô tả

Add GitHub Actions setup to publish a new version of the container image upon release tags being created - in multi-arch mode.

The [node17](https://github.com/openfaas/templates/tree/master/template/node17) template from OpenFaaS is multi-arch so may help with the task.

Also add regular CI for building upon commit.
