I would like to manage a foreign key column with a dropdown and have the ID field hidden from the user.
Say the smart table shows invoices and an invoice has a column "CustomerId". Then I want to see the customer name (not ID) in view mode as well as all customer names (not IDs) in the dropdown.
Sounds like a common scenario but can't see it done anywhere in smart table samples or blogs.
