Updating the theme of the Contact Us form

There is one problem in the contact form as when we contact us button when the response is submit and after we click on the go back button the content of the response does not get reset.

I can help you in getting the reset of the data in the contact form as well as I can also create a new and a well theme for the contact form which will look more attractive as well it the contact form will have the option of the phone no. also. As well I will you the same action tag form for the formspree with the email that you have used in this contact form so that you will get all of your data of the contact form.
