[Bug]: Modifications Needed in Multiple ".html" Files in PetMe Codebase

**Describe the bug**
A clear and concise description of what the bug is.
- In Multiple **` .html `** Files. Need Some Modifications related to **Semantic Layout** Tags.
- **In your Codebase, 90% of Code Maintain Proper Semantic Layout Tags.**
- But, I recommend to use **``** Tag Surround with Total **` Multiple `** Tags except **` `** Tag.

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Go to 'Comfortable Editors like VS Code OR Any Other'
2. Click on **'`index.html, index.light.html, donate.html, blog.html, volunteer.html`'** Respective HTML Files
3. Scroll down to **'Individual` .html` Files'**
4. See error in Every Individual **` .html`** Files and Sections List does not wrapping around with **``** Tag.

**Expected behavior**
A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.
- Maintain **``** Tag for **``** Tags in **``** Section.
