The social media icons in the footer might be improved

When a user visits a website, they typically want to interact with the owner, and **social networking icons** are a convenient way to do so; hence, they should be appealing.

To make it more appealing, I'll include **hover functionality** so that the icons change color as someone hovers over them.

Please assign this problem to me; I believe I can resolve it as a GSSOC'23 contributor.
