Making the ReadMe file more crisp and readable.

The readme file has got long paragraphs which can be avoided to save the user's time and make it more readable.
This will make it more presentable and easier to understand.
Also, some basic grammatical and vocab related errors are also present, which need to be rectified too.


This is one example of the above stated issue.
