Improving the ui of the meet our friend section

We have observed that the UI of the "Meet Our Friend" section on the website appears to be dull and could benefit from improvement. Given its significance as a crucial component of the website, it is important to enhance its visual appeal. The backgroub also doest go with the website flow.

**Describe the solution you'd like**
-Visual Refresh: Analyze the current design elements within the "Meet Our Friend" section and consider ways to make it visually appealing. This may involve updating the color scheme, typography, and overall layout to create a more engaging and captivating user experience.
-Hover effect: giving proper hover effect to the pet cards present on the website.
-Improving the background
