Mô tả
Buttons are not responsive in donate animals / volunteer form!
- the button in donate animals and become a volunteer pages are not working properly !!
- when you click on the button the width of the button exceeds the screen which make it unattractive.
**To Reproduce**
1. Go to 'doante animals / volunteer section',
2. Click on 'submit button'
3. See error.
**Expected behaviour**
when you click on that button the button should hover with a set width with some light color so that it looks attractive

just adjust some aliment in css file and you are ready to go !
