Unwanted space between Theme and About section

There is a lot of space between the theme toggle and About section which makes the website less visually appealing.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Go to '...'
2. Click on '....'
3. Scroll down to '....'
4. See error

**Expected behavior**
The unwanted space needs to be eliminated.
