Changing hover effects in navbar

The hover effects on the navbar items don't look really good. I would want to improve it.

**Describe the solution you'd like**
Make the transition speed slower and change the support us' dropdown's bg color.

**Describe alternatives you've considered**
Maybe change the bg of navbar to make it more translucent.
