Create an endpoint to save "news" into the database.
Details
- Create a new table in PostgreSQL using Prisma's migrations to store news. This table should include fields for the title, description, image, and date of the news (at a minimum).
- Develop an endpoint that allows retrieval of news items.
- Integrate the "news" page in the React version of PetMe! with this endpoint.
