[STYLE CHANGE] To style the select language button

**Description:**
Current select language button have no style, it needed some style according with moksh theme

**Reason for Change:**

Moksh is nice spirituality website and every improvement matters! We can enhance this button and enhance user experience.

**Current Styling:**


**Proposed Styling:**

Using CSS, I can change the colour of select language button. I will do necessary changes to improve this button/
