#1104 included two new buildings:
- Vocation Center: factories work 1.5x, decrease overall worker demand
- University: research centers work 1.5x, decrease overall worker demand
Currently, they are only bumping morale as code changes are required for their intended behavior to take effect.
I'm not sure how to do it yet because it's not only a simulator effect but building display info effect.
