how to free disc space of temporary zip file ?

While trying transferring a folder with many files form phone A to phone B the storage of phone A got short by the created temporary zip file. There was not enough disk space left... so i had to cancel the task.
After canceling the task and even after deinstalling sharx the taken space by the zip files is still not set free... where do i find the temporary zip file on phone A so that i can delete it ?
