deployment in private network

For testing purposes, the current deployment recipe with a public IP address works fine.

For deployments inside enterprise networks, we will likely need to offer an option to have the kubernetes cluster connect to a pre-existing virtual network and have the deployment procedure run through without ever exposing any resources publicly.
