Add search into the value payload

No files or tests are listed, so start by locating where payload values are displayed in the TypeScript desktop client and any existing search/filter logic around similar views. Run/build the app and inspect the payload/value panel to identify the entry point to change. Then implement search within that flow and verify that users can find payload values by text via manual smoke test or existing test suite.
