Ensure that first redirection after login screen will always land on consent initiation for AIS requests

Currently, we are redirected to the consent initiation screen because the Consent object is missing as it can't be supplied by Fintech. Obviously, if consent object can be supplied by FinTech then consent initiation will be skipped. We need to ensure that if redirect happens (by modifying BPMN process), it always lands on consent initiation screen for AIS. We need to create a proper test for this
