ember-cli-windows serve Infinite Configuration Loop - What to do?

H folks. I am VERY NEW to Ember.
I have installed ember-cli-windows & I am trying to run `ember-cli-windows serve`.

I have tried both cmd.exe as admin & Powershell as admin. I am stuck in what seems to be an "Infinite Configuration Loop"

Here are my **admin** terminal logs

No source file or test is identified. First reproduce `ember-cli-windows serve` with v2.2.0 on Windows 10, using the reported administrator cmd.exe or PowerShell setup, and trace the configuration entry point. Done means the configuration prompt completes once and the Ember serve command proceeds instead of repeating.
