DC Platform production website: Update footer in documentation and get started microsite

On production website, the documentation and get started pages are showing an older footer. It's different than the footer on the other marketing pages.

Footer should be the same color as home/pdf embed/pdf tools web pages

### Actual Behaviour
Footer in documentation and get started pages is a different color and reads copyright 2019

Apri le pagine della documentazione di produzione e di PDF Tools collegate nell’issue, quindi confronta i relativi footer con quelli delle pagine di marketing di home, PDF Embed e PDF Tools. Segui i punti di ingresso della documentazione e del microsito Get Started per individuare l’origine del footer; il lavoro è completato quando il colore corrisponde e il copyright non riporta più 2019.
