Contrib modules version restriction

## Expected Behavior
I would like contrib modules to tell me when the version number of the main engine they are attempting to loaded in is lower than their expectations.
I would like contrib modules to tell me when the version number of the main engine they are attempting to loaded in has not been tested against.

## Actual Behavior
Contrib modules will error when loaded in newer main instance that has breaking changes they have not tested against.

## Steps to reproduce
1. grab current from SimpleSensor then add in sensei_face_features module

Inizia riproducendo lo scenario di caricamento descritto in SimpleSensor con il modulo sensei_face_features. Determina in che modo la main engine e i contrib modules espongono o verificano le informazioni sulla versione, quindi definisci il comportamento di compatibilità per le versioni meno recenti e non testate della engine e verificalo rispetto al caso di caricamento.
