Contrib modules version restriction

## Expected Behavior
I would like contrib modules to tell me when the version number of the main engine they are attempting to loaded in is lower than their expectations.
I would like contrib modules to tell me when the version number of the main engine they are attempting to loaded in has not been tested against.

## Actual Behavior
Contrib modules will error when loaded in newer main instance that has breaking changes they have not tested against.

## Steps to reproduce
1. grab current from SimpleSensor then add in sensei_face_features module

Beginne damit, das in SimpleSensor beschriebene Ladeszenario mit dem Modul sensei_face_features zu reproduzieren. Ermittle, wie die main engine und die contrib modules Versionsinformationen bereitstellen oder prüfen, definiere anschließend das Kompatibilitätsverhalten für ältere und nicht getestete engine-Versionen und überprüfe es anhand des Ladevorgangs.
