Register page updates

Add a box to type in NetID or Student ID (TBD) to the Register page.

Find the Register page/component in the JavaScript frontend code (or route used for registration) and inspect how the form is built. Add a NetID/Student ID input box in that form layout. The issue does not name files or tests, so first run/inspect the registration page in the app to locate the relevant UI, then verify completion by confirming the field is visible and accepting input on the Register page.
