The issue requests adding custom headers for NTFY notifications (for example Cloudflare CF-Access-Client-Id/Secret). Start by locating the NTFY notification path in the shell scripts and the code that builds request headers for outbound HTTP calls. Read any notify-related docs/config section first to follow existing option patterns, then implement a way to pass arbitrary extra headers. Done when a Cloudflare-style NTFY call works with those headers and existing NTFY behavior remains unchanged.
