Would you mind to integrate the omadasdn deploy hook from [omadasdn](https://codeberg.org/fumbra/acme_omadasdn) for the TPLink Omada Controller ?

Add the new hook in the same registration/style pattern used for existing providers and update the relevant deployment hook documentation.
