Create page for ACL fellows

This is a good idea. At minimum, we list each fellow, along with
- year of induction
- photo (in standard 3x4 size or something)
- link to author page
- maybe career history? (maybe this is too much)
- major co-authors (I guess this is already on the author page)

We should also do this for lifetime achievement awards, and link to their talks (often post-published in CL)

No files, tests, or entry points are named. Start by locating the existing author pages and the site routing/template layer to see how people/awards pages are generated and where source data is stored. Implement a new ACL Fellows page in that same flow with induction year, photo, author link, and any talk/award references, and verify ordering logic (for example by peak publication year). Finish by running the project’s normal site build/check to confirm the new page is reachable and renders correctly.
