Bug when creating question.

Scenario:

1. Create a Enumeration type question then save.
2. Create a true or false question.
3. Expect an error when saving like this: "* This field must be less than 2"

No files, tests, or entry points are named in the report. Reproduce the exact flow in the app UI: create an Enumeration question, save it, then create a True/False question and attempt to save. Then inspect the question-creation component and submission/validation logic where question-type rules are enforced, focusing on the numeric-answer constraints. Done means the True/False case consistently triggers the expected “less than 2” validation message.
