[MVP1] POC: Listagem de temas usando SSR

# Contexto
O objetivo é nivelar o conhecimento em relação a implementação de componentes server side no Next.
Dessa forma conseguimos ter maior segurança e melhor desempenho.

# Critérios
Mostrar na home uma lista simples dos temas cadastrados no Stackby.

Start from the home page entry point and the Stackby data source, then review how server-side components are implemented in the Next.js app. Done means the home page renders a simple list of the themes registered in Stackby using SSR; no specific file or test is named in the issue.
