big feat: implement openclaw agent

openclaw seems cool.

we could attempt to implement openclaw agent to:
- send push notifications on updates about the jobs applied to
- prompt it to update / query the database without needing to manually do it
- if possible, have it automatically go through the new application process by simply giving it a link to the job. it can parse through existing resumes, select which would be best fit for the application (by matching tech stack to resume stack), and log it on my job application board. (this would be insane.)

Investigate how notifications and database updates are currently handled. Determine what 'openclaw agent' refers to and its integration requirements.
