Create connection with database

Look for existing Docker Compose configuration files in the repository root. The task is to add a PostgreSQL service definition. Check the Go application's configuration or environment variables to understand the expected database connection details. A successful change means running `docker-compose up` starts the database service and the backend can connect to it.
