We tried to deploy purldb together with scancode.io. But when running `make request_scans` we observe issues, since the `scan_and_fingerprint_codebase` pipeline is not available.
I see this pipeline just mentioned in
https://github.com/nexB/purldb/blob/b26838f56e0c5d7c8253ac70935d41a0662c4c9d/minecode/management/scanning.py#L174
and
https://github.com/nexB/purldb/blob/b26838f56e0c5d7c8253ac70935d41a0662c4c9d/matchcode-toolkit/setup.cfg#L70
But it seems to not exist in a fresh deployment of scancode.io and seems to be related to matchcode_toolkit.
