How to run `scan_and_fingerprint_codebase` in scancode.io

We tried to deploy purldb together with scancode.io. But when running `make request_scans` we observe issues, since the `scan_and_fingerprint_codebase` pipeline is not available.

I see this pipeline just mentioned in

But it seems to not exist in a fresh deployment of scancode.io and seems to be related to matchcode_toolkit.
