Hub01 Shop Integration

So, as I promised, I went ahead and built a **Rust implementation of the Hub01 Shop API Client** to make integrating with CatLauncher super easy. You can check it out here:

The work involves understanding the existing launcher architecture, the Hub01 Shop API, and designing the integration points. 'Done' means the launcher can communicate with the Hub01 Shop using the new Rust client.
