Change the installation of Claude Agent ACP since the package is migrated

**Describe the bug**

When a developer tries to follow https://goose-docs.ai/blog/2026/03/19/use-goose-with-your-ai-subscription/, there's a warning pop up showing that the Claude ACP has been migrated. See the first screenshot as a proof
