When requesting permission to run, the allow/deny box sometimes becomes unclickable. Bug report and other prompt information at the bottom still works but nothing else.
---
**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Have smart enabled as the type
2. Ask a prompt, continue asking things that may pop up tool permission
3. Eventually one becomes unclickable. Only recourse is to restart the application.
---
**Expected behavior**
Ability to click Allow Once, Allow Always, or Deny

調査の方向性
The issue is in the UI's permission dialog, likely in the frontend code handling tool permission requests. Start by looking for UI components related to permission dialogs (allow/deny buttons) and event handling. Reproduce the bug by enabling smart type and repeatedly triggering tool permission prompts. Check for any state that might cause the dialog to become unresponsive, and verify that clicking still works on other parts of the interface.
