New property on userAction to display user friendly query when action is triggered

When a userAction is triggered, the host doesn't have a good way to show a user friendly message. Currently we are just showing "User action triggered" in the turn.

There should be a way for agent to pass through a user friendly message, associated with the userAction.

Proposing to add it as a property on userAction
