There should be a modal filter "destroy"

When working on locations with doubly parallel (and separated) roads, one might want to completely eliminate one direction thus making of the road useless. To prevent clutter, it would be cool to mark roads useless and make them very transparent.

Entries/exits would also disappear when considering those phantom roads.
