Description
Step 1:
Validate 20 papers for Alliance NN for
- Gene Expression
- Physical interactions
- Catalytic activity
- RNAi
Go to https://literature.alliancegenome.org/search, select 'Topic and Entities', select your datatype and confidence level.
Create a spreadsheet according to this schema.
Step 2:
Ask Juancarlos to compare a range of manually validated papers from OA, compare to Alliance and see if the predictions match.
Once done, open a ticket on Alliance Blue Team Jira
